Terms and Conditions

[1] Payment for a package can be made in three instalments.

(i) When booking, a deposit must be paid to confirm and assure your booking.

(ii) On the day of the event/wedding, you can either choose pay the outstanding amount, or to pay three quarters of the total amount. (iii) In the case of the latter, the outstanding amount must be paid on the day of collection (of the album/package).

[2] If a deposit has been paid (confirming your booking), the deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

[3] You have the right to choose the photographs you wish to have in your album under the following conditions.

(i) Zoom Creations will provide the photographs on a disk for you 4 to 6 weeks after the date of the event/wedding.

(ii) You then have up to 2 weeks after the date of collection of the disk to select photographs and notify Zoom Creations of your selection.

(iii) If then you request any changes to your selection after the 2 week period, additional costs will be charged for these changes.

(iv) If you do not notify Zoom Creations of your selection by the required 2 week period, Zoom Creations reserves the right to choose photographs for the album on behalf of the client. Any changes requested by the you after this process will also incur additional costs.
